Defines the color range of a particular NVCVColorSpec.

Values:

enumerator NVCV_COLOR_RANGE_FULL: Values cover the full underlying type range.

enumerator NVCV_COLOR_RANGE_LIMITED: Values cover a limited range of the underlying type.
